Baking with Sage Skinner
Sage Skinner shares a favorite recipe from the safety of her home.
COVID-19 has brought on a new lifestyle for many people around the world. Many have felt as if they have more time on their hands and with the stay at home order it can be challenging to think of safe things to do. You might find yourself bored after you’ve watched and re-watched every season on Netflix, or cooked the same couple of meals for the last month. Do not fear, students have submitted tutorials to share with you what they are doing at home.
Sage Skinner decided to share a classic recipe with a twist. Follow along to learn how to make Chocolate Rice Crispy Treats.
Skinner has been baking more during the stay at home order.
“I bake because it makes those around me happy, hopefully this video will bring a smile to your face,” she said.
Skinner was very disappointed that she doesn’t get to finish the rest of her senior year.
“We always say that we wanted out of school,” she said. “But now the water that I use for my recipes are actually tears due to the fact that I’m not able to finish my senior year.”
